A Nigerian man teamed up with a set of soldiers just to propose to his girlfriend. The man was seen in the video pretending to be molested by soldiers (but it was all planned) just to propose to his girlfriend. As the girl arrived the scene, she asked what her boyfriend has done, and was seen putting her hands together appealing to them. Just as she was appealing, the man turned around and proposed. People at the scene screamed.... Towards the end of the video, he hugged her after saying yes, and went to shake hands with the soldiers thanking him them for making his dream come true, LOL.
A young man has been arrested for trying to murder his own biological mother. According to reports he was arrested around 4:00am yesterday after almost successfully trying to murder his mom, before fleeing the scene. A young boy was also wounded in the process. As he fled, men of the National Security Council of Akpakip Eyo-Abasi Youth Association caught up with him and handed him over to the police. His mother and the little boy are said to be receiving treatment at the hospital where they were rushed too.

The Nigeria Police Force has denied claims that officers of the Inspector General of Police’s Intelligence Response Team, IRT extorted over N50 million and other valuables from billionaire kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike (popularly known as Evans), while in police custody.
Jimoh Moshood, the Force Public Relations Officer, said in a statement on Sunday that the report, which also accused the police officers of sexually molesting Evans’ girlfriend, Amaka Offor, was untrue.
Mr. Moshood, a Chief Superintendent of Police described the claims as “absolute falsehood, misleading, unfounded, and deliberate attempt to cast aspersion on the thorough and discrete investigation carried out by the Nigeria Police Force in all the offenses committed by Evans, who had pleaded guilty in court to multiple kidnappings, murder, armed robbery, and other capital offences.”

Legendary singer, 2baba, who was in Port Harcourt over the weekend for Dare to Mix festival, disclosed at a radio interview that his family is the most important thing in his life.
He expressed that since getting married and starting a family, his priorities have changed and he’s more focused on being a better person for his kids who look up to him. He also stated that it is important for him to take care of himself and stay healthy as he needs to live not just for himself, but for his kids as well.
Still speaking on family, he stressed the importance of being a supportive parent.

A former Director General of NAFDAC, Dr. Paul Orhii was yesterday involved in an accident along Abuja-Lafia road. Thankfully, he survived it and was rushed to a hospital where he is presently receiving treatment.
